The Dragon, is a 150 year old pub with character, charm and a warm welcome! Situated in the heart of Willington village, backing onto the Trent and Mersey canal.

 Since becoming a part of our Bespoke Inns pub group, The Dragon has undergone extensive renovations and restorations, whilst always maintaining it’s original hospitable personality.

Boasting a 70-seater restaurant, a snug, extensive bar area, beautiful conservatory, seven luxurious guest rooms and a fabulous beer garden backing onto the canal with outdoor all weather dining. There is nowhere better to be whatever the weather, whatever the occasion!

We are the area’s favourite destination for diners, drinkers, walkers and boaters alike. We serve a superb and varied selection of classic and contemporary dishes from breakfast through to dinner, all created and updated regularly by our fantastic Head Chefs, Chris Blincoe and Tom Pittham.

Whether you are looking to celebrate with a Champagne Breakfast, while away the afternoon with some flavoursome food and a pint of Boot Beer, or perhaps you need a romantic weekend away – we have it all!

Bookings are advised for evenings and weekends, we have ample room and plenty of parking with a FREE public car park right next door as well! We take great pride in being able to go above and beyond the usual offerings of any pub/restaurant, with hugely popular themed evenings, featured dining nights, community events and a full Christmas calendar!
