Commis Chefs are a valuable part of our operation, they work with fresh local produce supporting the Chef de Partie and learning all about their section. More than simply preparing fine food, this role is about enthusiasm and learning from an experienced kitchen team. Bar Staff / Waiting on Staff

Job Purpose: To efficiently and effectively serve customers a selection of food and drinks, ensuring that they have a relaxed, comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.
Ideal Person: The ideal person needs to be attentive, responsive and able to anticipate a guest’s needs. They need to be friendly yet professional (even in tough situations) with an ability to think on their feet. They should have effective communication skills because they will have to work well with other staff/departments to ensure that we deliver our service to the level of standard expected by ourselves and our customers.
